The best 'red' for the Sweetie

The red I used in the Packaging workshop was too 'orange' red and I knew the real hue was nearer pink than orange,
I used a photograph of the Sweetie ( as we don't have the real thing yet) in Photoshop to check which Pantone colour match came back:

The colour matched on Coated paper ( as I planed to use transparent/acetate with a gloss finish) was 703c

I then checked what this would look like in the Pantone Coated swatch book as follows:

I used this hue to refine the new logo
