An interesting but flawed selection process

We selected our collaborative YCN brief partners today.  Unfortunately as Sadie had approached me to be her partner already I felt we had already chosen however as usual everything was put in the mix.  
We had to produce A3 posters  - one with five strengths and five weaknesses our things wanted our partner to bring.
